In November 2019, the Mercedes-Benz factory in Kecskemét organized on three occasions blood donations in cooperation with the Hungarian Red Cross. Of the in total 105 blood donors many were not the first time donating blood.
In addition to blood donation, actions to support and prevent the health of colleagues are for many years part of the corporate culture and health strategy. These initiatives include the already traditional November Health Month, for which the factory this year again prepared with a screening bus offering free urology, allergy, laboratory, abdominal ultrasound, dermatology and gynecological as well as pulmonary screening, and vitamin distribution and vaccinations.
